He has been the Senior Head and Neck surgeon at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute since 1989, and Chairman of the Victorian State Government Cancer Taskforce.
These include tumors of the neck, mouth, throat, nose and sinuses, complex facial skin cancers, as well as parotid and thyroid tumors.
